This map shows the various language regions of the Sami’s. The Sami’s were some of the earliest inhabitants in Norway. Not only did they settle in the northern part of the country, but they also settled in parts of Sweden, Finland, and Russia. Reference: Anaras. (2006, January 1). The fishing industry is an important source of wealth for the country of Norway and is it's second largest export. The community pictured here is the fishing community of Reine, Norway.
